Thema und Beschreibung:
As trainee in the finance department your primary tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
- Management of accounting processes; - Preparation and analysis of annual financial documents of our funds and our portfolio companies in close cooperation with external tax advisors, accountant, or auditors
- Preparation of reports and presentations for our investors; - Monitoring and controlling of our portfolio companies including the improvement of the relevant systems or databases
- Risk Management; - Valuation of companies; - Ad hoc analysis in all aspects of Fund Management
Requirements: Entrepreneurship is our business. Therefore you should feel comfortable in an entrepreneurial and highly dynamic culture. You must be a team-player however we also expect a high level of independence.
Advanced MS-Office skills as well as some knowledge of database applications are necessary to be
able to perform well. We mainly communicate in German and English and so should you.
